Faith Nimineh
Founder & Principal Consultant
Faith Nimineh is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Menelehleh LLC, a New York-based consulting firm specializing in strengthening the strategic, operational, and programmatic capacity of organizations and individuals in meeting their goals. A senior international relations and humanitarian policy professional, Faith brings extensive experience working across development and humanitarian sectors in complex and fragile contexts throughout Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and the Americas. She combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on field experience to help organizations navigate increasingly complex operating environments while achieving meaningful and sustainable impact. Faith's expertise spans strategic planning, program management, organizational capacity strengthening, child safeguarding, children's participation and humanitarian diplomacy. She works closely with organizations to design and implement practical, context-responsive solutions that improve organizational performance, enhance accountability, strengthen institutional resilience, and support long-term growth. Known for her collaborative leadership style and results-oriented approach, Faith is passionate about helping organizations translate ambitious visions into actionable strategies. She supports institutions in building the systems, processes, and partnerships necessary for long-term success and meaningful impact.
