Our Story
Menelehleh LLC was founded to serve a clear need: organizations working to improve lives around the world deserve the same caliber of strategic and operational support that large institutions take for granted. Too many NGOs, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations navigate complex donor requirements, internal capacity gaps, and operational challenges without adequate support.
We built Menelehleh LLC to change that. Based in New York and working globally, we bring together expertise in international development, organizational management, advocacy, child safeguarding policy, program design, and operational effectiveness — delivering the strategic insight and practical tools that help organizations move from intention to impact.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Faith Nimineh is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Menelehleh LLC, a New York-based consulting firm dedicated to strengthening the strategic, operational, and programmatic capacity of international NGOs, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. With extensive experience across humanitarian response, international development, and civil society strengthening, Faith brings a unique blend of strategic insight, technical expertise, and practical field experience. Throughout her career, Faith has supported organizations working in complex environments across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America — spanning strategic planning, program design, monitoring and evaluation, organizational development, and operational systems strengthening. Known for a collaborative and context-driven approach, Faith excels at helping organizations translate vision into actionable strategy and build the systems needed for long-term success. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to equity, local leadership, and evidence-based practice.
